Delivery 
As many items are made to order delivery times will vary. However, please contact me if you need a piece for a special date and I will do my very best to help!
Orders are sent via Royal Mail Special or Recorded Delivery and require a signature. 
Postage and packing is £5.

Returns 
If you are not happy with your jewellery please contact me within 14 days of delivery.  Please state the reason for return and whether you wish to exchange or have a refund. I will then let you know how to proceed with the return.
If you receive a faulty or damaged item please notify me within 7 days of delivery.
The customer is responsible for the safe delivery of authorized returns, preferably via Royal Mail Special Delivery service, ensuring the item is fully insured.  Returns are at the customer’s own expense unless the item is incorrect or faulty. I can not be held responsible for goods that are lost in transit.
Items must be in their original packaging, unworn and showing no signs of damage.
